THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL COURSE
Advanced management of endodontic failures
The role of retreatment has certainly expanded in recent years, thanks to new techniques and equipment that allow us to successfully manage complex clinical cases with multiple pathologies.
The goal in non-surgical retreatment is to eliminate all obstacles, allowing us to clean, shape, and obturate the root canal system. Technology has revolutionized the way we can empty canals, even in difficult cases such as those involving broken instruments.
Iatrogenic problems such as perforations, large foramens, resorptions, and internal and external transportation are now successfully treated thanks to bioceramic cements.
Understanding decision making process between recovery and tooth extraction
Understand how the modern approach in disassembling can change success rates in retreatment
Understand how to recover compromised teeth in a predictable way
Understand how to manage MTA and bioceramic materials
